our team will review and likely re-think the business strategy and the core elements of the business model, and lay out the roadmap for value creation and capture for the tactical and strategic horizon.  Our advisors form an integral part of the board of the company, and guide the business leaders through the deep waters of transformation. 

we also dive into the different functional aspects of the business such as sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, human resources, and information systems as part of the overall strategy and business model development.

we invest in businesses that enable transformation or are transforming an industry. 

we invest in new early stage firms (series A) rounds as well as established late stage firms for growth, consolidation, and turnaround opportunities.  We typically sit on their advisory and management boards and take minority positions, bringing in other established investors whose interest we represent in the board-room.

at any given time, we work with 4 to 6 portfolio companies so that our team can focus on the strategic work ahead, so that we may spin out these companies over a 3 to 5 year horizon.
